Brittany Regner
Brittany Regner is a strategy and sustainability professional focused on helping organizations navigate complex challenges at the intersection of environmental impact, governance, and long-term value creation.
Her interest in food systems is both professional and personal. She believes that how we raise animals is deeply connected to human health, environmental outcomes, and the integrity of our food supply. She is particularly passionate about supporting solutions that are both practical for farmers and meaningful at scale.
“About 15 years ago, I stopped eating meat because I didn’t believe the system supported the humane treatment of animals. At the same time, I’ve always believed that meat can have a place in a healthy, intentional food system - that tension stayed with me”.
She has long sought an opportunity to improve how food is produced - supporting both animal welfare and the farmers at the center of the system. She was drawn to FACT’s unique ability to pair direct farmer support with broader systems change. She is excited to contribute her perspective, experience, and energy to help expand its impact.
