Chika joined FACT in 2025. She holds an M.S. in mechanical engineering with a focus on human-centered design. Before joining FACT, she led user research and customer experience projects for organizations including Google and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. At FACT, she supports administrative operations and program coordination.

Outside of work, Chika enjoys exploring DC’s creative and wellness communities, traveling abroad, and discovering new local coffee spots.
